Disha Architects was founded in 2002 by Ar. Kaushal Jadia in Nerul, Navi Mumbai with just a handful of individuals but has grown into a team of more than 20 people. The firm has actively helped in the overall development of the city of Navi Mumbai, undertaking many residential, commercial, mixed use, institutional, health-care and industrial projects in the city. At Disha, the client’s interest is of the top most priority and hence we make sure to work collaboratively and listen to the needs of the client. We always make sure to go the extra step to anticipate anything that would benefit the client.

Principal Architect

Architect Kaushal Jadia is the Founder of Disha Architects. He was born in 1974 in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh and completed his schooling in Jabalpur. After attaining a Diploma in Civil Engineering he attended Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture. Upon completion of his graduation, he moved to Mumbai and worked there completing many projects under the mentorship of Ar. Subhash Shah, founder of the Architecture firm, Subhash Shah and Associates. He then went on to create his own firm, 'Disha Architects' in 2002. The firm has since completed many projects and has also competed in various competitions. Ar. Kaushal Jadia has also actively been involved with the Indian Institute of Architects. In 2019, he was elected as the Chairman of the Navi Mumbai Chapter of the IIA and has since been actively involved and participating in programmes that have the betterment of architectural practices in India at heart.
